Uptime target
We aim for 99.5% uptime for the Shopify app server. This is a best-effort target, not a contractual SLA. Formal commitments are in our Terms of Service.

Reporting an issue
If Autoprinter looks broken from your end:
- Check this page first. If we already know about it, it'll be listed under "Recent incidents" above.
- Email support@autoprinter.app with your shop domain, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if possible.
- For security issues, email security@autoprinter.app instead.
We respond during US business hours (Arizona time, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays). After-hours messages get a reply the next business day.
